Rusalin Dinev has almost 20 years of experience in the banking sector.

He started his career at First Investment Bank, where at different times he was responsible for the bank's loan portfolio, provisioning, reporting to the BNB and rating agencies and also impaired credit exposures.

For a period of two years, he was a member of the Board of Directors of two joint stock enterprises with special investment purpose.

He started his career at Bulgarian Development Bank as Head of SME Lending in 2013.

He has been working at Capital Investment Fund since the company's establishment, initially in the Investment Department and later as Risk Manager.

He has been a Senior Investment Partner at the Capital Investment Fund (CIF) since the beginning of 2022.

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of two companies that are part of the CIF investment portfolio.

He holds a Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in International Economic Relations.
